- Accueillir et orienter un nouveau pratiquant dans le club.
- Animer des créneaux loisirs et débutants en toute sécurité.
- Encadrer un groupe d’adolescents et/ou d’adultes en s’adaptant à leurs problématiques.
- Créer un environnement ludique et bienveillant.
- Garantir un encadrement de qualité peu importe le niveau de vos licenciés.
- Proposer des séances structurées et diversifiées.
- Favoriser la progression individuelle et collective.
- Renforcer la convivialité et l’accessibilité d’un club de badminton.
